That was the mom. That guy's name is Robert Kelly. He is a political analyst and an associate professor who teaches international relations in Pusan National University in Busan, Korea. He lives in Korea (of course), and his wife is Korean. Go look him up. He and his entire family did an interview with BBC after this incident.
