You always do a great job, Mark. FWIW I do behind the nut bends by pressing rather than pulling, I feel it gives better control.

Thanks Leonard. That's a very interesting point. Doing more a press works well on the Tele, because the G is quite a way off the headstock, but on the Les Paul it is so close that pushing does little to change the pitch, hence I do a sort-of combined press and pull to the side. Are you using a Tele or a LP?

@ it’s my birthday. I was thinking about buying myself a guitar. I spoke to you about getting a telecaster, but I’ve been offered a good deal. I think $900 for a Eastman SBTV I was wondering what you thought about that it’s like a Les Paul, Junior
