saber este cantante a estas alturas..viene a decir lo malo que han sido los medios de comunicacion..o vete a saber cosas del mundo y de la vida...yo desde luego no soy adinerado ni he podido dar vueltas por el mundo y a mi alrededor no ha habido precisamente cerebritos sino mas bien gente tosca y poco preparada...pero si he aprendido a conocer cosas...pero ver a este hombre cantando asi...me hace preguntar ..porque gustandome este tipo de musica .yo no lo conocia..,youtube es lo mejor.gracias.

During the mid 90s,I met Mr Scott through my father in-laws, Joe Washington. Jimmie use to come to Trumpets a dinner club in Monclair NJ., and perform. He remembered me and gave me a 16" record/album which he had just recorded. None of those songs have been available to the public in his documentary. Please look into this matter. My copy of this album was misplaced or loaned out and never return. His new sound on this album was unbelievable.

far as I know, this (obscure) record "Doesn't Love Mean More" with The Jazz Expressions is the only lp Jimmy Scott released in 1990, before his string of 'come back' CDs. Any chance this is what you mean? www.discogs.com/Jimmy-Scott-The-Jazz-Expressions-Doesnt-Love-Mean-More/master/958441

Greed screwed up a lifetime talent - he missed a lot of years because of contract disputes - & I'm sure there's more to the story - people didn't want to release him or falsified it - they would only cheat him out of his rightful $ anyways!
