@andristic probably "movement". I don't really see any significance in calling it "Rapid Eye Moment", but "Rapid Eye Movement" is what happens when you enter a really vivid dreaming sleep(something like that anyway, read the Wiki article if you really wanna know). I think that what this song's about.
