The music he used for song "Tere liye hum hai jeeye" was first made for an old song "Dil Doondhta hai phir wahi". Actually this song is very popular more for being among Lata Mangeshkar's (singer) top 10 rather than the picturisation. As you correctly pointed out, the music and the song rendition is simply superb. If you want to listen to Lata - Sadhana combination, there are 2 more songs - "O Sajna, barkha bahar aayi" from the movie "Parakh" and "tera mera pyar amar" from "tere ghar ke saamne". Jimmy, I can clearly see you have that rare God given power (or gift) to be touched and moved so intensely as you do by this kind of divine celestial profound sublime music. I also have it, so I can see it in you. When you excitedly pointed at certain sounds from certain instruments during the song, that told me.
