I have an S22 ultra and yeah at first the battery does drain faster than normal. The phone takes a couple weeks to learn your usage patterns. There are alot of tweaks you can do as well, to get better battery life. :)

There are far better launchers (basically a computer desktop or the interface of the phone) such as nova launcher that offer a ton more options, then there are debloated/degoogled secure roms that use free and open source software to protect your privacy like migroG (linux based).... followed by icon custiomizing, different widgets, things like tasker and ifttt, gesture controls, voice controls, apps let that you put passwords or pins to open individual apps..... This video is literally just scratching the surface. Apple is very very rigid by comparison. You made a great choice switching over.

The full frame for the sensor is 3:4 not 9:16. You'll get higher quality at 3:4. Take an image at both 9:16 and 3:4. The 3:4 will have higher quality. This also goes for most professional cameras like the Sony a6000 series and ar series. This is particularly the reason why 108mp works only in 3:4.

​@@tomyanouss3458 (talking about regular non-zoomed photos) It uses both 108MPx and 12MPx camera sensors for photos whether you use "108MPx 3:4" mode or not. It combines data from both sensors into one image. Difference is that "108MPx 4:3" mode doesn't downscale the image resolution - so it should have a bit superior quality, but takes more disk space and cpu processing time after each photo. For a majority of people the regular downscaled photo (around 4MB disk space) is enough :)

I'm always using Nova Launcher since day one. So much nicer to scroll,Swype One Hand instead the 3 buttons at the bottom. And to customise your homescreen,icons,and kwgt widgets. Jimmy I been watching your videos since I got the s9+. I upgraded 4 years later and got the s22 Ultra. My first smartphone was a Samsung Fascinate( 1st Galaxy). 4 years later ,I got the Galaxy S5. 4 years later S9+. 4 years later S22 Ultra. It is stupid to register both tumbs under one profile as that could significantly reduce the specificity (security) of the scanner. Use one finger for one profile, then ad seceral profiles of you want more fingers, the speed comes with time as the neural processor gets used ro your fingerprints.

Great video! Just wondering about the "save selfies as previewed". Isn't that supposed to be turned off if you don't want the picture to be flipped? On my S22 Ultra (and my last galaxy) it gets flipped like in a mirror if you turn that one on.

This phone's battery life sucks. It is horrible. I started in the morning like 6:30am with 100% and it drops to 97 within a few minutes later. By 5-6 pm it is 15% . If I use a lot then it is done by 3-4 pm.

I went down to Mexico/Baja CA, for a funeral. I was only for 2 days. When I returned, I started having network/connection issues. I lose connection very often, when I talk my voice keeps cutting off, I have to sometimes dial up to 3 times just for the call to go thru, I keep missing calls if I'm not using Wi-Fi, my phone is practically useless. I went to TMobile twice and they gave me a new SIM card. It didn't fix the problem. I called TMobile and they helped me reset my network, that also didn't fix the problem. When I share a KZbin video, many of the phone numbers in my contacts start with "+52" which is the country code for Mexico. Please help! 😅🤦🏽‍♂️

Ok so ive already done pretty much majority of this and the battery on this s22u is ABSOLUTELY crap. Im on average barely getting 10-11hrs of battery life and MAYBE 3ish hours of screentime if im lucky and by that time im already at 20%+ this battery is the worst of all smart phones 🤦

You got a setting completely backward! lol...If "Save selfies as previewed" is ON, that means the photo is saved AS IT APPEARS ON THE SCREEN, in other words, as a mirror image. You have to have that OFF in order for text and everything else to appear the right way.
