Biden did give a rather touching farewell. 50 years in politics. He didn't always make the right decisions. Who does? But he became a better person over time. Not everyone does. And that's the measure of a person. Biden especially grew under Obama's presidency. I think he really admired Obama and it made Biden a better person.
