Looking at how graceful Kirk Hammett looks with fewer words, makes me convinced that it doesn't need too many words or vibe or attitude to communicate nicely. My point is, he is super super important in the making of this gem record even when he's not let to speak.
@EmpyreanLightASMR3 жыл бұрын
They never even allowed him to release a blues album when he was vibing that. I guess they let him and Rob release, like, ONE song (lol) this month, but I mean, even with all the mental changes James and Lars have gone through, there's still a huge stigma in allowing creativity outside of the band. And Kirk just kind of goes along with it. As incredible as he is at the guitar, I can't help but lose a touch of respect for his lack of a backbone, and it shows in every interview like this. He doesn't have a lot to say, but he also has nothing to talk about!

Because James wrote the song, and it's like he doesn't feel like that's possible, but like Lars and Kirk knew the whole time how great it was, because they basically MADE James allow that song to be on a Metallica album. He was protective of it and didn't think it had a place, like it was a "just for me" sort of song, they knew the whole time, and James still can't believe it. Idk, that difference in body language encompasses the difference in perspective, and it's fascinating to see it happen right in front of you like that.

Having had the privilege to seen this band 5 times live I can say that their shows always always always leave you amazed of how talented they are, I also had the privilege to see James Hatfield on a wedding in a private winery in Malibu i will never forget it, he was having dinner with his wife and, I wanted so bad to say hello but I didn’t. Incredible musicians. Love love love METALICAAAAAAAAAAAA… I Would love to see them again in concert…. My first concert was Monsters of Rock in 1987 I believe, we where at the Trojan Stadium and everyone started to break into the lower level, jumping the fence, 20 minutes later we were all in a huge mush pit by the stage!!! I got so close to the stage and, yes i was being squeezed like crazy but so so worth it, at one point they stopped the concert and ask for all of us to behave… REALLY?? There were chairs flying, people smoking weed, and just complete madness…..and yes, I also jumped the fence, I had 3 tries as the first 2 attempts security caught me and told me to go back… i was… HELL NOOOO.. but i did only to go back and after the 3rd attempt i made it to the ground level….. my friend who followed me, just walked right in as if he had a ticket and NONE questioned him…. BASTARD! He made fun of me the whole time we where there… unforgettable concert!
