A Mighty Wind is a creeper, it sneaks up on you. I think it’s become my personal favorite of the so-called mockumentaries. The where are they now sequence at the end with the credits rolling is the last time I howled with laughter. It was about the 4th or 5th time I’d seen the movie, after sitting dumbly in front of it the prior views. I had come home from a stressful overnight at my stressful job, and it finally hit me. Purged all that anxiety clean. ❤

I love how Marvin brings a much different energy than Jimmy does. No hate to Jimmy of course because he is great too but you can tell that Marvin is the real comedian here 😊 i also love how with Marvin the conversation is more natural and not as too rehearsed.
