Jimmy, sell the E36 and turn one of your other 240s into a replica of the black S13. Make a red one with black seats like a negative of your current one. It can be pretty but not your baby and you can give it 100% on every run. It’s obvious you’re at one with an S13.

When I played semi-pro football I had a coach tell me one time that it's natural to get nervous about things you care a lot about. The trick isn't to try and stop getting nervous, because your fighting natural reactions, it's to learn how to care more about having fun and improving than trying to prove something. That way the pressure isn't so high in your own head, and makes it much easier to just perform and accept the good and the bad as an experience to build on and make the next one better.

I can't say it enough. SPOON is the fucking man. Does his job at an extremely high level, great attitude at all times. And knows the nature of his work. Builds a show quality front end and refreshes the coupe to a new level, and is happy to see it used and abused. No crying about slaps and or tickles. Took Jimmy's channel (and his driving by being able to focus on it and not the car) to a whole new level!

Hey jimmy! I totally understand how the nerves get to you during competition, I used to get extremely nervous during baseball. I would also get nervous when skiing and doing something out of my confort zone like a big jump or a cliff. But one time i saw a video where a guy was about to drop a chute and he was saying he was nervous, but then he told himself that what he was feeling was excitement not nerves and that he was psyched to do something as sick as what he was about to do. And from then on if i felt nervous about something i would tell myself that i was actually just excited to do this dope ass thing, and god damn does it work. I think this mindset trick may help you out during competitions! I hope you continue to preogress as a driver just as u did at Ebisu!

Olympic athletes train themselves to accept anxiety and fear as something positive and exciting, but it only comes with lots of competitive experience. So just keep at it! Everything is great!

In no prep racing we all draw chips from a bag. there's a blue set and a red set, so if you're blue number 1 you run red number 1, no qualifying. You just get to race you're way to the top and it's always random who you run. The world tour would be better, a lot of guys are great lead and follow drivers but panic in solos. And if the tour is 80% having fun that'd be the move. You killed it as always Jimbo, as long as you enjoyed it.
