Thanks for posting this! Had no issues with the rear one, but got stuck on the front one. With the firs screw, what did you "hook" the flattened metal bit onto? It just spins when trying to screw. Thanks!

there is no bolt for it to be tightened. Seems like you might have over torque the screw causing a lose thread, not sure if upsizing your screw will work.

You seem to slide the cli underneath the existing trim hole, isn’t the cli supposed to slide over the trim aligning with the hole

Thanks for the replies! I ended up buying a plastic plug, similar to the ones that come with other mud flap kits. Did the job nicely and a bit easier I think. This is the part I used: CHAMPION FASTENERS PUSH RIVETS (18MM HEAD, 22MM LENGTH, TO SUIT 6.5MM HOLE) - PACK OF 2 - TF217
