I've been playing DPP Ubers (had a really good tournament) and I have to say, the most annoying Pokemon to face was....still Jirachi. With Wish/Protect/Para/Iron Head and a resistance to Draco Meteor, it's still nigh unkillable and still flinches down even the most ferocious Ubers mons. It's a lot more niche, yeah, but is still capable of committing crimes.
