I'm waiting for the video about your walk-through of the Soo Locks and other interesting places.

If all goes well with video editing over the coming week, that video should show up on my channel one week from today.

This is a full tour of Pearl Mist of Pearl Seas Cruises, sister of American Cruise Lines after her refurbishment when she finished her 2022 sailing season! All the beds, the carpets and the furniture of all the cabins and lounges are replaced with new ones! And all the chairs and tables of the restaurant are also replaced with new ones and there are tables for two, four and six! Pearl Mist is the only cruise ship of Pearl Seas Cruises, sister of American Cruise Lines or for short, ACL!

I live and work on Mackinac Island, MI, and love when the cruise ships roll through, including the Pearl Mist!

i wouldn't mind cruising on something like this.

We've cruised with ACL very interesting.

It's basically just like cruising with ACL, with one big exception... the crew are not Americans. It's like they took the crew from any Princess/Royal Caribbean/Carnival/MSC cruise and put them in to an ACL ship.

Hey Jim! What kind of gluten free options for dining and snacks do they have on American Cruise Lines? I'm a celiac. so it's not just a diet choice for me. I would hate to spend all that money on one of their cruises and there's not much available that I can eat.

My wife has to eat both gluten free and dairy free... so, I understand your struggle! American Cruise Lines is definitely able to come up with gluten-free options at every meal. On the very first day of the cruise, lunch will be the first meal. Obviously, you'll tell your server that you have to eat gluten free. They'll definitely be able to take care of it for you. Also, they will invite you to meet with the chef shortly after lunch, to discuss a food plan for the entire cruise. Don't skip the meeting with the chef... it's the best way to lay the groundwork for a successful rest of the cruise, dining-wise.
