I agree with you that week 5 against lucky Luciano was his weakest rhyme, but I think it's because Swizz being the judge already made a deal with Jin to be signed to Ruff Ryders. Jin even said it in his freestyle against Luciano, "in a week or 2, I'll be spitting on Swizz beats..." I really think Jin lost his concentration out of excitement or what have you, but his last line saved him to win that week 5.

Serious Jones can't freestyle, he's garbage. That era of 'battling' was just a bunch of lame written lines. Serious Jones is not an MC, he's a joke writer. Serious Jones got called out by Jin 3x after that loss and chickened out every time. Jin won $50K at PowerSummit Bahamas over Professor Green (who destroyed Serious Jones) and Jin called Serious Jones up on stage, and Serious Jones acted like he wanted to battle then ran away.
