They’re really close. They were roommates for a long time and both understand each other’s need for quiet times. Suga was the first to show up when Jin was shaving his head for the military. Last week, Suga, who is doing alternative social work for his military service, went to his mandatory 3 week basic training. Jin took one of his vacation days and traveled for like 300 km to see his ceremony. As far as we know he’s the only member that was able to go, so he gladly sacrificed one of his few vacation days. Same thing to Suga’s D-Day Concert. Jin and Hobi took a day off from their vacation days to go to the concert. The clips we saw from them + RM watching the concert from the middle the crowd, with Army bombs in hand were super sweet. They really love and respect each other. 💜💜💜

Yoongi goes fishing with Jin because it’s something Jin likes to do. Jin told Yoongi that he needn’t call him, ‘hyung’ anymore but Yoongi said he wouldn’t feel comfortable not doing so. It’s such an unexpected yet solid friendship. They live close to each other too.

They're really close and have referred to themselves as soulmates. It's really such an interesting friendship dynamic they have. They're only 3 years apart but since they're born in different years (1992 vs 1993) they don't really consider each other to be same aged friends and Yoongi prefers to treat Jin like a true hyung. The two of them lived together as roommates for a long time and then when they decided to get separate homes, they got places that was a 5 minute walk away so they're basically neighbours lol. Yoongi seems to do well in friendships with the playful jokester types (eg. Jin, J-Hope, Jimin, Tablo). He mentioned that he loves comedy a lot so I suspect that he likes having friends who joke around and can make him laugh.
