C9/J9 ent really sucks at promoting them properly. If Belle can speak Filipino or even open for being a half earlier in her career (GoodDay era) she can gain more support here in PH but this is the only time that she mentioned being a Filipino, that's a waste of opportunity. *Kriesha* is open about having Filipino blood and she got a lot of support but her company didn't do anything after two releases, and *Youn Dongyeon* of the JYPE Team in LOUD got a lot of support too but sadly he was eliminated and still waiting for him. Now, *Chanty* got a lot of attention and I'm hoping that MLD does better at their job promoting Lapillus.

And down south, there's a mix of Indonesian, Malaysian, and Pacific Islander influences. Plus, over the years, lots of folks from Mainland China have settled here too, adding to the ethnic Chinese community. I used to watch random Filipino-Americans do their ancestry test thing on here and it checks out.
