In recent Bangtan Bomb Jin said that he plays tennis three times a week. Seeing his Instagram posts I thought he liked it, but not to that extend. Honestly, I was surprised. But I glad that he keeps himself in shape while doing what he likes. And the fact that he's doing this three times a week shows that he's dedicated. It's really inspiring. I was never a fan of sports, especially when you have to run a lot (like soccer) but I've always liked to swim. I need to get back to it. Making public promise: I would try to go swimming at least three times a month (since my classes start next week and it's almost winter weather) ✊🏻Fighting!

I really admire Jin's willingness to take risks without fear. He is not afraid of adventure and has a spontaneous nature to himself. His humbleness causes him to fly under the radar but he never fails to impress. Jin has so much dedication and persistence. In the recent Bangtan Bomb of him attending the movie premiere he mentioned that he practices tennis 3 times a week and piano every day. He is the definition of hard work, dedication and persistence. I need to be more like that lol I still get amazed by how strong his toes are. Sometimes I have trouble opening those bags of candy with my hands 😅

Jin's Hypermobility is actually a huge disadvantage when it comes to dancing. His ligaments are unable to support his joints so extra muscle strenght is imperative for him to perform their dance moves which just makes his dancing even more of an accomplishment to me. I actually have Hypermobility as well and trust me, the struggle is real! (so is the toe-trick btw 🤭) I really admire his tenacity. 💜

I don't want to take away anything from our boy Jin but his super flexibility comes from a collagen defect that leads to joint hypermobility, the Ehler's Danlos syndrome or also called the Swan Lake Syndrome. You can see it when you look at Jin's fingers, they're not straight. It allows him to do awesome stuff but I hope he doesn't get joint pain later in life. 🦋💙🦋

Jin is an introvert person. I think he feels uncomfortable if he is in a centre of attention. He is clever but we already have RM for that. He is also athletic, n we have Jimin for that. He is good in a lot of game, n we have JK. He has a degree in acting major n we have Taetae. I do believe Jin is an all rounder but he doesn't want to outshine the other members. He loves his role in BTS. No matter how silly n goofy he is, he will take his role as an oldest brother immediately when needed. He is RM confident n supporter during interviews. He took care the youngest members in their early days. And he is the only one who can control Suga 😆. I think Jin is the most mysterious one among BTS members 💜

I usually ignore these but...Please don't base or label Jins talents on other people. Jin is his own person, and is an inspiration to a lot of people, without someone giving underhanded or backhanded 'compliments'. A lot of people love Jin for who he is, not for what he does for other people and only that. And Jin has his own accomplishments too. Jin is being heavily requested by Chungmuro, the heart of korean cinema (basically korean hollywood), as they want to see him in many films. Jin is representing South Korea with his ost Yours, competing against other countries- the critics chose *Jin*, no one else to represent SK. Jins song Moon was chosen in the top 5 boyband songs of alltime by RollingStone- the only member and the highest ranking Asian to do so. He is not just an "Older Brother". He even said, when asked if he was one to be taken care of or the one to take care of others, that his mantra was 'I take care of myself and you deal with you and take care of yourself." Anything he does, he does because he's kind, not just because he's 'hyung'. He has older friends who dote on him too, I dont see some army's recognizing that he's a dynamic person who has worth and just happens to be humble because his parents raised him that way. Every member has had moments of doubt or talking down on themselves, that doesnt mean they're any less than anyone else and I never see army's going 'this member sees himself as lower so that means he is lower' because that doesnt make any sense so lets not do it to Jin either.

Jin's ONLY ROLE and OFFICIAL POSITION in the group is VOCALIST and VISUAL, there's no oldest member role. Jin is known for gaming, athletic and acting so there's no " we have this one for that" you saying is like you acknowledging that you see his talent but decide to credit and appreciate the other members.
