I think people are getting the wrong idea with the use of Jing Yuan, been seeing a lot of people complain about all the show cases being used in the SU, when that's his best use/location. Farming the SU, this man is absolutely busted. Whether he's used in the SU, or Memory, he's an incredible unit. I hope to get him later this week when I get his material prepared. He still does great damage outside of the SU. Electric is widely used, and he'll likely hold you up until Kafka comes which has an entirely different use since she's a DOT character. Neither would overlap.

sanpo also only good in SU, but jing yuan is the best AoE damage for now, so the other content is memory of chaos which i believe you need 2 team contain of dps and jing yuan will easily carry one of your team. ps: for now whaler highest level still 70, in this game if we got huge different level the damage reduction punishment is really big (prob around 30~50% damage loss depend on level diff) so we still can't really see the content of memory of chaos, but i believe seele will easily carry one team and the other team is need a good relics build if somehow not carried by jing yuan.

so glad to not be relying on abundance/preservation builds anymore! thank you uncle jing for convincing us to pull for him :3 edit: this is about my personal experience NOT pulling a dps or gepard from the starter banner! im sure hunt and destruction are great if you have the right people for it, but im talking about jingyuan being my first decent damage dealer 💀💀

Abundance-hunt is pretty fast tho, dewdrop scales with dmg%and crit%just saying, I was able to auto with abubdance hunt in some harder worlds and difficulties within just 2-3mins. But elation with jingyuan is so freaking funn

Great video, just a heads up btw, if any body is thinking to pull for Jing Yuan but don't have Tingyun/Bronya, you can replace them with a sub dps or debuffer, Jing Yuan's main damage comes from Lightning Lord follow up criting hard, so priority is always to make sure Jing Yuan has sufficient Crit Rate and high speed so he can stack thunder lord action. Do be warned, like all DPS Jing Yuan is a huge investment (you need good gear, upgraded stats and unlocked passives, ideally you want to get his LC too) and if you don't have the sufficient stats on him he'll feel like he's under-performing, especially in W4 and W6 of Sim Uni, where there's alot of debuff, CCs and Slows which can push him back and delay his attack. Regardless tho, he's a worthy investment if you do plan to build him or don't have any main DPS yet, keep in mind that Silver Wolf and Kefka is next patch so if your resources are running dry or you're low from pulling Seele's banner, then you might want to skip Jing Yuan for now. I struggled with SU6 for awhile, but once i got Jing Yuan i was able to clear it no problem, and also clear SU3/4 Tier 2. I don't have a ton of characters and im in my early 40s for TL so this has been great.

@@pieousw7941 no need money if you're refreshing. I have both Seele and Jing Yuan (and 2 other units at level 70 and 5 units all at level 60) at 2.8k attack power. I happen to level up LC for Himeko which can be used for jing yuan now. I have stacked lots of experience and even buy some from the stores. The only thing I'm struggling right now is traces because I barely have gems now and have to refresh moderately.

asta works well with JY. Just activate her ult after JY's turn to boost his speed and have a 2nd turn. I forgot the youtuber's name but he made an excel that shows why asta and tingyun is JY's best support.

Got him in 78 pulls and won 50/50 two in a row (after getting seele). Got my ting to e6 along the way and march at e4. Sadly no sushang 🥹 but nonetheless as a f2p player I’m ecstatic!! Got him to lvl 60 atm but with trash relics and low lvl traces but I managed to finish world 6 fine (1 out of 4 characters died) compared to my previous run that only preservation MC was left 😂 Any recommendation for f2p cones for him?

The seriousness of breakfast 100%! Fellow F2P user here, really only pulling on his banner for Sushang and her chicken, but I don't mind a copy of Jing Yuan. I know that seriousness of breakfast is one of his best, if not best F2P light cone! Hope I helped. :)

f2p here also! i highly recommend losing the 75/25 on his lc banner and suffering immensely like i did :') LMAO but i heard the breakfast one is a good option. if you get your hands on the herta lightcone (gacha but its a 4* so if ur lucky) that buffs follow ups i think it might be a bit better? i managed to get s3 of it and its working pretty well!
