This film did so well, the fact that a whole film was set in only two or three production sets and people don't realize that. The film feels so much more "larger", but our actors here held our hearts the whole way through, to make it feel as much, is incredible

I was just watching the movie on Friday. Jingle Jangle was my first time seeing a Netflix movie exclusive. And I have to say it was such a beautiful kickoff to the holidays. I enjoyed the music, visuals, art direction and costumes! With a few underwhelming movies I have seen in Quarantine, Jingle Jangle couldn’t have come at a better time!

I just finished watching the movie. I recommend this to anyone who loves good hearted family friendly Christmas movies filled with song and dance. If I could compare it to any other movies I've seen I'd say it reminds me of Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium, The Nutcracker, and The Greatest Showman along with Hamilton because of the musical aspect of the movie.

This movie is beautifully done, a piece of art. The acting and story was awesome. I just wish it had been a movie and not a musical. It is an amazing movie with a beautiful message, a great family film. Way to hit it out of the park Netflix. I hope it becomes a classic for many families.

There are only a HANDFU of musicals I can stomach. Never liked the genre as a whole. Never understood the necessity of bursting into importunate song and dance at the most inopportune times in movies. So I avoid the genre like the plague. I can watch The Wiz, The Wizard of Oz, Grease, Cabaret, Chicago (and maybe Sweeney Todd) over and over again. So when I saw Jingle Jangle on Netflix - I thought it would be this awesome period Holiday Christmas movie - imagine my chagrin when they burst out in song within the first 5 minutes. My whole family was watching it at the same time. The song got to me! I started tapping my feet and dancing and that's when I knew - this was gonna be a GREAT experience. And I was NOT disappointed. So now, I can add JINGLE JANGLE to the list of musical I can watch over and over again. It was great - loved the sets and the characters - ESPECIALLY FOREST WHITTAKER. He was soooo adorable. And the British lady that was thirsty for Mr. Jangle was hilarious. Loved the cute kids. And the only sad thing for me was the assistant who stole Jangle's life work and profited from it. That mirrored black history too much, but it did make a compelling story. The robot looked a bit too much like Wall-E, but was otherwise ADORABLE. Great job all around. The costumes and sets were amazing. I would LOVE to walk around those stages and see those costumes in person. Thanks for making this NEW favorite of mine. I love wholesome, made for the entire family movies. More of those, Netflix, PLEASE. You have more than enough of the other kinds.
