If you have enough speed through substats then you can go with atk boots, but since jingliu already gets a pretty large amount of atk through her base kit, going speed is generally alot more reccomended

Er or HP is okay for fuxuan

@arminarlert1953 it depends, if you are running a light cone that gives you extra chances to be attacked, running hp is better cuz you get energy from being hit and need that extra hp to tank it, you can also go hp if you have her sig Light cone. But with other light cones, ERR is generally more recommended for more consistent ults

And there is No requirement you should use HP or speed it's free choices, I prefer Speed bcs more flexible fuxuan can Farming sp with NA And If enemy has more cc (like aurumaton) speed is better for re casting skill (I know no cc in this floor but my fuxuan build is fix and still need more speed)
