Jinhao A10 fountain pen

The more pens I have, the more I realize how useful the VP design is. Don't get me wrong, I still love all types of FPs. But the click mechanism just makes one use it more often than not. Jinhao has been releasing more and more variants for the 10. It's greeting really crazy over their production line there in China 😂

That is true - complexity in built, simplicity in use. I like that they are trying to play catch up with their version of pens and I like the different colors they have so far. Seems like they are very popular as well - sellers seems to be constantly out of stock on some of the colors they put out.

Glad I could help my friend. I wish I could do more. No one needs another me anywhere. 😂 But we do need a you. These clickable fountain pens are a little strange. I feel a certain way when I use a fountain pen and this would kind of remove some of that feeling for me I think. I thought the drawing was going a completely different direction when you started and I was interested but the end result was great. Good start to the new year! 👍🏻

I have both Pilot Vanishing Points and Majohn A1's in my collection and initially decided to skip the Jinhao A10. But, when I saw their deep blue I decided to give it a try. After all, it is under $15 USD. It is way better than I expected. It writes really well and the mechanism is smooth and trouble-free. There are a few inks I would hesitate to put into a grail pen, like Noodler's Baystate Blue, that I could easily justify for a sub $15 pen. Not at all disappointed! I agree with your observation that the insert also is tighter in the barrel than in the A! (A@ or A3). It is likely the next retractable fountain pen I get and it will probably be red.

The blue version is a beauty. And they keep coming with new colors. I will most probably end up getting a new one soon as well.

Eu unul am de un an un Majohn A1 varianta metalică argintie in stilul Guilloche , sincer e un stilou foarte bun care scrie foarte bine și cu ocazia asta am aflat și că nu sunt printre cei care au o problemă cu pozitionarea neobișnuită a clipurilor la stilouri de genul capless . Așa că am făcut pasul următor și am achizitionat un stilou Pilot Caples Graphite Red RHT cu peniță medie, pe care tocmai l-am primit acum o oră și care observ că este un stilou foarte ok , dar ca senzatile la scris este foarte aprope de Majohn A1 .

In teorie, Majohn A1 a copiat Pilot so senzatia care o simti este Pilot original 😄. So Majohn au facut o copie foarte decenta, nici o plangere din punctul ala de vedere. In final, toate 3 sunt stilouri foarte bune. Pilot Capless este un pic mai decent insa din punct de vedere al fabricatiei insa. Imi plac toate. Mersi frumos pentru împărtășirea experienței care o ai! ❤.
