Funny you say that since according to the lore in WuWa Jinhsi is the Magistrate of Jinzhou. Magistrates are the Sentinel’s Resonator. Sentinels are the archon equivalent in WuWa. Since Jinshi resonates with the Sentinel she is basically the Archon of Jinzhou

6:31 I dont think use her first basic attack combo a good idea, you can just start the rotation with the others character to build concerto on them and after that use Jinhsi intro which allow her to skip her first basic attack combo and enter incarnation faster. Jinhsi Intro > E > Basic 4 > E > Echo > R > Outro. assuming you have her ult again after you use as soon as you start the room.

I imagine if you have the new boss echo equipped, you would actually want to weave Crescent Divinity (E during Incarnation) into your basics as well to deal extra damage and apply another stack of Blessing of Time DoT to enemies, so that finishing with Illuminous Epiphany applies the third stack and refreshes for max damage. This won't interfere with her weapon's cooldown due to it only triggering once you use a resonance skill *at full stacks* meaning weaving Crescent into the 1st-3rd basic in Incarnation won't screw you out of that 48% damage boost on Epiphany, and this works because Jinhsi's Incarnation attack rotation cannot be interrupted, so no matter where you place Crescent Divinity in the combo, it will continue uninterrupted (examples: BA1>E>BA2>BA3>BA4 or BA1>BA2>BA3>E>BA4). Will need to wait and see if this is actually better for her overall dps than skipping Crescent entirely in favour of getting to Epiphany one attack earlier (may need to be forced if you're playing on high ping and cant squeeze out the whole thing before your buffs drop off), but thats how I would see it being done since the new boss echo is pretty much tailor-made for her rotation (Spectro damage, skill based damage, relies on you using 3 skills over a rotation for maximum effectiveness).

Clicking in fully expecting mistakes and sure there are. Starting 6:39 If you are doing her normal attack to get into incarnation, you’d do her weak normal skill because it’s a fast dash and free damage so why not then you start the “normal” normal attack combo. In her first enhanced state(incarnation),You can’t do 4 of her basic attack then “second modified skill”, because after 4th sequence of her incarnation normal attack the state will immediately end and the “second modified skill” associated with incarnation will be unavailable. And you are right that you are getting ahead of yourself because you didn’t incorporate her signature echo into her rotation at all.

8:40 out of combat doesn’t equal to off field. It only works in the first rotation in combat domains, tacet field, hologram bosses, etc, basically works once in the hardest contents of the game, and works all the time only in the easiest place, the open world.

10:29 about the weapon is also wrong because your rotation of her is wrong. she doesn’t always get full stacks from her signature for EVERY E, you just want to make sure her nuke E gets that buff. Other Es, don’t care. In incarnation, you can’t do 4 basic attacks then the incarnation special skill because then you’s be triggering the nuke instantly.

In sequence 2, it means out of combat. It means completely out of combat, not have her switched out for 4 seconds in battle for full stacks

Lost 140 pulls to Yinlin and didn't even get her once. Got a lot of Baizhi and Sanhua pulls though. So I think ill just grind until Jinhsi's banner comes out. I think I am going to run a Jinhsi, Sanhua, and Baizhi team. Plus the color scheme of those three characters together is beautiful

Alot of ppl seem to think that when it reads "damage of the same attribute can generate 1 stack of incandescence every 3s" that it's talking about spectro damage, specifically, being able to generate only 1 incandescence per 3s, and that you should use another elemental type to generate more (this is true, but not because she doesnt like spectro). Her outro reduces that 3s to 1s, and lasts 20s. This lines up with what *I* believe is true. The description "damage of the same attribute" means *any* element, doing any amount of consecutive hits, can only generate 1 stack per 3s. If im dealing aero dmg, no matter how many hits, I'm still not generating a new stack until that 3s has passed. Now, if I have another element dealing damage, like Mortefi's marcato dealing fusion damage everytime Jiyan's attacking, I can effectively generate 2 stacks of incandescence within that 3s frame. I need to generate 40 stacks for maximum dmg output from Jinhsi. At 3s per stack, this would take a minimum of 60s of constant aero/fusion attacks. With Jinhsi's outro, however, the 3s is reduced to 1s, and I can now generate 2 stacks per second, requiring only 20s for a 40 stack. And look at that, it lines up perfectly with the outro buff's 20 second duration. I believe this was intentionally designed in a way that you are meant to use 2 separate types of damage at the same time in the form of an on-fielder and an off-fielder to generate a 40 stack as quickly as possible This makes Jinhsi not-so quickswappy as people have made her out to be in their early kit reviews. Ppl seem to believe that she'll be nuking like crazy, when in reality, it seems like a much slower process (at s0, at least). With s3, this is a slightly faster process, requiring 14s instead of 20s, which makes the mortefi/jiyan rotation even more comfortable (that 6s can easily feel like hang-time as mortefi's ult expires and ur left with only 1 damage type). In the end, this makes more sense in terms of balance, as she is seemingly capable of some incredibly high numbers with regards to damage, and if she was dropping a max-stack nuke every 5 seconds, there wouldn't be much of a boss fight to be had

I think you underestimate how low Incandescence Stacks will be if you go with normal sub-dps without coordinate Attack. if you go sanhua + Verina they will only give you like 5 -7 stack per swap and when you'll gonna come back on Jinhsi you'll have only 15 stack on Jinhsi, and will be able to only go to 25 stack if you try to squeeze as much as possible stack during the 10s of incarnation. Incandescence stack multiplier increase is Extremely high so you prolly wanna fish for it. that's why the top 3 best character for Jinhsi in my opinion are prolly Yinlin yuanwu morteffi. the 4th best char would prolly be jianxin because of grouping + Huge 38% increase on Ult, which is prolly not as good than Skill but prolly Close. The 5th best char is prolly..... T-taoqi T_T just because of the Skill increase. Coordinate attacker are so good because they enable you to have the highest stack of incandescence with the highest field uptime on jinhsi So Imo you can see 2 team paint with this : It's either Yuanwu + Morteffi or Yinlin+jianxin. Yuanwu morteffi Because you can't do Yinlin Yuanwu because they are both electro and therefore they will not both give stack with they coordinate. Yuanwu have the benefit to be the only Sustain coordinate attacker in the game that is not Spectro (you need sequences tho). His high Vibration damage on outro Fit well the fact than Jinhsi speed up concerto stacking (because yes Jinhsi don't proc the outro of yuanwu, but having more intro also mean faster outro). And having a long opening window on Jinhsi such as staggered boss seems really important considering you wanna squeeze as much damage and incandescence stack as possible per incarnation state. The anti interrupt is also really interesting because getting gimp in incarnation state is a loss of incandescence stack and incarnation time and therefore a greater damage loss than usual dps (they is a world where you might want to stay in non-incarnation form on jinhsi to spam Heavy till you're about to lose enh Skill, instead of rushing the use of enh skill and using incarnation heavy attack, but that's too theoretical for now and i'm side-tracking) You can do Yinlin morteffi but you have no Sustain, for greater damage. Up to you. And the 2nd Team Yinlin Jianxin because : both Yinlin and jinhsi highly benefit from Jianxin outro. So that give a very usefull sustain to the team without it being Yuanwu or Verina (baizhi is prolly better than verina btw) You might even be able to use jianxin outro on both Yinlin and jinhsi with some shenanigan maybe (not sure at all). Even if you don't use Jianxin outro on Jinhsi but on yinlin only, Yinlin outro is mini Jianxin outro for Jinhsi so not that big of a deal. And obviously yinlin : best coordinate attack, cannot take better as coordinate attacker. You might take more time to reach 40 incandescence stack with jinhsi but should be balance by the fact than you play stronger unit with outro that fit more jinhsi (we see you morteffi) You have a 3rd "hidden way" i guess to play jinhsi prolly and it's just Sub dps jinhsi, but a real one, not a main-dps that have down time to play with a sub-dps on the way. It's not encore or havoc rover or calcharo that have a tiny space for a sanhua burst, if you play Jinhsi Main-dps you're too busy playing for incandescence stack to play with sanhua, and when you play sub-dps jinhsi you BECOME the sanhua. i Don't think it is the best way to play jinhsi (sub-dps) because she doesn't have an outro that boost teamate unlike sanhua, however it is prolly still possible to use her as a nuke tool. 1 time her ult, the other time her skill. This way you'll prolly play her in the same team than a sanhua would be. but without being tied to only BA attacker, So you could play jinhsi sub-dps with not only encore,calcharo,havoc rover, But also chixia, danjin main dps, anyone. on top of that you can play verina thanks to that (Verina have a special anti-synergy with jinhsi because her coordinate don't give incandescence stack when you swap back on jinhsi and as long as jué dot is active. She is not unplayable with jinhsi but she clearly lose value.), you just have to make sure to ult on verina only when you know you'll go on rotation on your main-dps and not use jinhsi. The problem if you try to play another sub-dps (that is not a coordinate attacker) with sub-dps jinhsi is that they damage fall after a short time, and than you cannot swap on anyone else because if you swap on jinhsi, well she'll have no incandescence stack, and her ult might be still on cd. so you'll swap on jinhsi for nothing. that's why you don't want character with too short rotation because you at least want either a lot of stack on jinhsi or jinhsi ultimate when you swap on her if you play her as sub-dps. if your other dps rota is too short you'll have low incandescence stack a lot of time, or have to stay on a dps without a good dps anymore. That's why for all those reason if you wanna play Jinhsi it's either Main-dps with sub-dps that have coordinate or sub-dps with main-dps that have a decent field uptime Edit : After further INVESTIGATION Taoqi is prolly not 5th best char but more like... 2nd or even 1st ?! The real 5th is prolly like.. Morteffi (in a main-dps jinhsi viewpoint). Just think that Coordinate attackers is for higher speed stacking but less raw damage, While Taoqi and jianxin is for Raw damage amplification but slower to stack (But don't get fooled it's not that slow to stack even if you play Taoqi+jianxin, Thanks to Echo shenanigan). Another reason of why coordinates are not that much better is because of this 12SECOND cooldown on overflow radiance smh So my last ranking would be Yinlin top 1, Taoqi top 2, Jianxin top 3, but honestly it's a close fight with yuanwu. If it's a boss fight i would prefer yuanwu, if you need grouping it's jianxin. However just the fact than you can't play Yuanwu with yinlin push him to top 4 to me. and then the last is Morteffi as top 5. Where he could even be considered worse than a Encore, havoc rover... or even sanhua i gueeess. Anyway aside from Ranking Remember than those char will prolly be best teamates for jinhsi 👍

A character showcase without spoilers... it was a risky click so thank you for not making me regret it :). Seeing her in all glory made me switch to saving mode immediately. Some general critique, as I stater earlier - the worst thing that can happen in such videos is story spoilers. I think you could safely cut that few seconds of 1.0 story and fully commit to something like "no story spoilers" on thumbnail/title. Other thing is numbers... very subjective but hearing numbers in preview does nothing for me, I would prefer to see and hear general idea of character, style, role, rotation, team, some form of comparison (all of which you provided). But hard numbers have zero weight in anything about that. Plus, they could be easily changed for release, making your video less relevant in immediate future.

My comp for Jinhsi right now is going YangYang and Verina(or about Baizhi for tower when needed) Verina of course will quick swap her heals and damage amp into YangYang who can also stack concento energy pretty quick as well as grouping. Yangyang's outro will then be provided to Jinhsi, Jinhsi liberation deals extremely high amount of damage but cost a lot energy of which Yangyang can provide. After Jinhsi finished her combo, she will be swapped back into Verina which activate Jinhsi outro allowing Verina to stack up Jinhsi's Forte circuit

I'm so thankful for the character trials. The moment I played Yinlin, she just clicked with me. I really like her playstyle as a main. If I don't quite like the way a character plays I can just skip them. I wish I didn't upgrade Sanhua at all because I really hate her playstyle, it's just not for me. Didn't really like Havoc Rover either. I think perhaps I like slower styles because I quite enjoyed Taoqi. Shame she's basically useless.

The quick swap wasn't changed though, all that changed is a universal change where outro buffs get removed with swap cancels. The swap cancels are still there, you just can't keep Yinlin's strong buffs now

Jinshi combo completed version by me.. RL = Resonance Liberation RS = Resonance Skill BA = Basic Attack RL if u already at full energy - Echo Skill to gain Blessing of Time stack - RS 1 - BA 4X to gain Blessing of Ages stack if u have her sign weapon - RS 2 to enter Incarnation state - RS 3 - BA 4X to gain Blessing of Ages stack again + to enter Ordination Glow state - RS 4 to gain unison - Switch. with this combo + buff from her echo & her sign weapon + her forte is full, u can get very massive dmg from her RS 4 (i think it's equal or more than RL dmg), why? because her echo buff stack deal additional 40% dmg when she using RS considered as her RS dmg & her sign weapon increase 48% RS dmg & her RS 4 dmg will be multiplied by her forte. & remember u can get another buff from other character too like verina buff her attack or taoqi buff her RS dmg, it will be broken af ☠️

From a kit perspective she's absolutely goated and has such a huge longevity. She isn't a standard quick swap dps either, she's a nuker with 2 nukes. She's not element Dependant either as Unison stacks function better with non-spectro unit but spectro unit can still shred res for her. So both viable. All in all, the biggest caveat will be how she feels to play. Kit and animation aside, how smooth she is may break her as LingYang issues goes beyond being unable to dodge with him but also auto targeting, recovery and interrupt res (she can be hit more often in the air).

6 Sentinels, Joe being the main one as Jinzhou is the capital. Jinhsi is probably gonna stay top tier long enough. Meta might change but she is a future proof character for sure. I think we'll see 5 more magistrate characters later on in the game.

i just realized that her Bis weapon is somehow useless for a onfield dps jinhsi or just in overworld combat where you usually just use 1 character her Bis weapon will consume the 4 stacks from her basic attack once you use her skill, in this case it will be used in her normal skill and the duration only lasts for 2.5seconds which cant be applied in her enhanced skill please someone correct me cuz this really baffles me :< ofc this will be resolve if you play her correctly which include swapping in and out to immediately use the transformed state
