Well, gacha games are like that, the newer ones do eventually powercreep the old. Either slowly or by introducing new gameplay mechanics that older ones have a hard time to manage or dont have the 'gimmick' to clear as quickly as the newer unit. Honestly, just play with whoever you like. I got Both Calcharo and Jiyan and have spent time to built them, they do pretty good dmg too. Currently focusing on leveling uo their talents and stuff. And i want Changli next, so will farm for her.

But honestly, after testing her a bit more (on a Friends account with his Help) because I am saving for Changli, depending on what teams you are playing, I was correct (thankfully) that she doesn't really 'Powercreep' them both in a sense. To put more precisely, Jiyan and Jinshi Specialise in different aspects, like Jiyan is an Aoe Character who does Dmg over time and is a Crowd control/enemy Killer. While Jinshi is More of a Boss killer. So yeah.. until we get another Aoe Character, I don't think there is any powercreep Currently. Play with Whoever you like! Honestly, i love Jiyans Gameplay in that sense that Once I Ult, the enemies are basically Helpless Against me, it's funny to watch them struggle. Ehe~. 🤣

Also keep in mind that in this showcase neither Calcharo nor Jiyan got buffed by their preferred support (Yinlin and Mortefi respectively, not gonna talk about Taoqi for Jinshi because she'd much rather have one of the 2 aforementioned supports for Forte stacks generation) and that both Jinshi and Jiyan miss out on their 5 pc set bonus and half of their BiS weapon's buff by not casting Intro into the field. PS: Also, IIRC, one of Jiyan's talents also gives him a 10-15% ? attack buff on casting Intro skill

Jinhsi's ultimate is useless. It's not her main source of damage. It's her 4th Resonance Skill that does the most damage but this is only if she has her forte gauge full in which the video failed to show. Even if the video properly executed all of Jiyan's Combo and mechanics, Jinhsi will still do a lot more damage since she is the most recent character. It's how a gacha game works. Newer characters are most of the time always stronger.

I have some skill issues and can't parry well. I just can't beat Tempest with a built Jinhsi team. The moment I switched to Jiyan team, it's so smooth and easier because of auto parry. I don't think Jiyan's value is lessened after her release, because there are still lots of players like me. Besides, I need 3 team in Tower, with the last one with Xiangli Yao and Yinlin team

Jinshi team require alot more skill on timing. Sometime her attack are too flashy that it blind me from seeing tempest movement. Once you fully max her, it will be easier to use since you can just nuke the boss in 2-3 rotation. Even right now im already seeing 200k+ on her skill damage. Not even fully build.

If u understand the game mechanics and how dmg distribution works, its not insane at all. Jinhsi is what u would call a nuke character. Low dmg out side of the nuke but high dmg on the nuke hit. Meanwhile, Jiyan is a consistent dps which means he deals a similar amount of dmg throught the whole rotation. Overall, when u calc everhthing, it tallys up to around jinhsi being 10%-15% better than Jiyan in single target. But, Jiyan also has other utilities such as grouping and auto parrry which makes him by far the best dps in the game in AoE. So overall, id say jiyan is a bit better or at least equal to jinhsi.

The thing with wuwa's endgame enemies is that they dont stall nor waste your time. Most of them will be at your face and will do anything to beat you. They also have a negligible amount of hp in ToA so the concept of dps check is irrelevant. So choose any dps you want. You need three team comps anyways lol. I use spectro rover as dps even though his combat role is concerto efficiency

yeah, enemies in Wuwa are very aggressive, they don't make it artificially difficult by introducing long ass invulnerable animations to the enemies so you lose through the time limit because the enemy keeps digging underground or flying away.

Overall both jiyan and jinhsi are on a similar level. Jinhsi is better for single target while Jiyan is significantly better for AoE. If i had to sah who is the better one out of the 2, id honestly go with Jiyan due to the fact that he can output extremely high single target dmg (altho not as high as jinhsi) while being far and above the best unit in AoE.

Also, one way to find which is a better build, try multiplying the crit rate with the crit dmg (and maybe dividing by 100 to make comparing easier) and comparing then. This way the first one is better because critting 90% of the time is almost all the time you'd be doing 190% CDMG which is still very good, compared to critting a lot LESS even if you are able to do some big damage during then.

Dmg goes for Jinshi Crowd Control Goes for Jiyan Easy to get and decent is Calcharo Calcharo Is a little difficult to use Jiyan Needs Ult to do alot of dmg so he will need alot of er Jinshi Needs good weapon (not really if u have good echos) and needs to do a little combo just pull for the character u like tbh

Are you using crit rate food or something? Cuz theres no way youre hitting 65% crit rate on Jiyan with 43311 on crit dmg 4 cost and little to no crit rate sub stats

Nope resonance skill dmg bonus is okay for Calcharo but not the best, a better weapon for Calcharo is Jiyan's weapon or Lustrous Razor since Calcharo needs that ER for his ult which is where most of his dmg comes from

@@yogesh8878 It hit him pretty hard, that nerf really killed me as it was the only hope I have for Calcharo I like his play style especially with Yinlin but when I saw Jinhsi I immediately sacked Calcharo, I have Calcharo built already so I'm using him on ToA but only ToA, I don't see the point of nerfing Calcharo when he already needs a high skill entry to even do a damage as high as Jiyan which just needs mortefi and verina buff to maximize his dmg and now they nerfed calcharo making the dmg lower with high skill entry.
