The video was originally going to be released in early March but got postponed. It must be a tough balancing act, not seeming like they are business as usual as their people are dying. But at the same time they can do more as representatives of their nation than they could picking up a rifle. Tati wrote most of the songs on Wallflowers about herself on some level. One of the things I respect about her lyrics is that she's not afraid of being a sort of a gray character in her songs.

Besides her vocal talent, the other great thing about Tatiana is she doesn't use sex or flaunt her body to get attention. Her voice is so legendary and her attitude on the stage so commanding that she can hold audiences spellbound just by performing even in an overcoat and boots.

💯 Exactly! Exactly why I let my daughter listen to her music.

This was actually supposed to be released March 3. For obvious reasons that didn't happen, damnit. The song is everything I've come to expect from Jinjer, excellence. What really inspires me is they have accepted the role of a face to so many faceless countrymen and women affected by this war and embraced the opportunity to try and help. The band is selling special shirts, all proceeds to relief efforts. The shirt is amazing (I have one) and it's a worthy cause. Great reaction 🙏🇺🇦

This was initially my favorite from Wallflowers and I especially love the second half of the song. I forget all the details, but Tati mentioned somewhere that this was written from the perspective of a celebrity that is conceited and looks down on fans or feels that they should be worshiped. Basically exactly the opposite of her personality.

I think this applies to leaders. It's the modern "cult of personality". It applies most to Putin right now.

Tatiana was quoted as saying this is about her wishing she was an evil Diva/Goddess but she can't be that way because she's too shy and just not who she is.
