I would say that Tatiana has perfect pitch when she sings in her clean voice.

I could listen to Tatiana read the phone book. Her accent is wonderful too. That song in the studio was done with quite a few harmonies. Live they use tracks very sparingly but one of the things they do with them is very minimal backing vocals. A lot of times just a small fraction of what is done in the studio.

@@coder4liberty she does indeed have one of those voices that could narrate my life lol

Pisces and Perennial are far from the heaviest songs in Jinjer tracklist. Try something heavier from their live performances. I'd suggest as a next step: - Pit of Consciousness (official live in Kiev) or - Who's Gonna Be The Onкрe (official live at Atlas)

@@glebivanov6323 thank you, I have a reaction to Rogue coming up which was pretty beefy. I will have "who is gonna be the one" on the list after it🤘
@glebivanov6323Ай бұрын
@@mikeskates2502 cool. Actually Rogue is ine of the 2-3 Jinjer songs with only harsh vocals, without cleans. It could be the most heavy in some sense.

There was a bit of post-production done in the clean breakdown. The layered harmony vocals were not present at the show. I have this show/song filmed from a fan. No backing vocals present. I've seen Jinjer a couple of times live in clubs and heard this tune twice in the flesh. Listen to any other live Perennial recording and you will not hear any backing vocals present. BTW, have the word "reaction" in your title to bring more traffic. Cheers! 🍻

Noted on the "reaction part, good idea. I bet the energy seeing them live was nuts.

They play to click, so the prerecorded tracks sneak rightly in.

Tati's clean voice is produced by her vocal cords, but her harsh vocals have very little involvement of the vocal cords. The sort of "white noise", growly sound of the harsh vocal is produced by the "false vocal folds", which are located above the vocal cords. So, her harsh vocals do not adversely affect her clean vocals. Having said that, this is a technique that needs to be learned, because done improperly, real damage can be done to the vocal cords. Also, Tati has an unusually high level of skill in rapidly switching between vocal styles.
@mikeskates2502Ай бұрын
@@hemlock399 I knew a tiny bit about the vocal folds from listening to the Charismatic voice channel( she is such a cool person to talk to ) she broke that down in talking about it with Devon Townsend when she reacted to Kingdom
