Just so you know in this instance, Napalm Records and Jinjer in particular will not copyright strike reaction videos. They realize how important reactors are becoming in the music scene. It's not tru for a lot of labels or bands, but Jinjer encourages reactions. Also, like Carrie said before me they are a Ukrainian band with a VERY interesting back story. Everything from the fact no founding members remain in the band to losing a drummer in an accident that paralyzed him to their current drummer being a pianist that picked up drums for his previous band, everything about them is intriguing, ESPECIALLY their music!

While doing a nerdy deep dive is a more satisfying option in my opinion (the text interview on Psychology Today called "Crushing Concrete with Jinjer's Tatiana Shmaylyuck in particular and watching their old vlogs from after they signed with Napalm), the channel called Gamers Inked did an overview of their backstory that is pretty good.

The song is about Tatiana's struggle with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and how she overcomes it and returns to her life the same way the perennial flowers return in the spring. Not only is Tatiana a great performer, she is a great writer. Another great live performance is "Who is Gonna be the One" (Live, Napalm Records). I suggest reacting to it before reacting to their newer material.

Jinjer is terrific, and I've had a lot of fun checking out reactions to them. As for copyright issues, you should be safe with any of the Napalm releases. Jinjer and Napalm have been supportive of reaction videos. I think Napalm goes along with the artist's wishes, and I've heard some of their artists will block. Other concert/festival recordings could be dicey. I haven't seen reactions to Jinjer's concert for Hellfest 2021. I'm guessing the organizers of Hellfest won't allow any, as there is nothing wrong with those performances and somebody must have tried. Good luck.

This video is the go to video for their live performance and I'm glad somebody finally noticed - this is the last song in their set, and she is singing like this! She is winded at the start of the song for crying out loud. And then you have this 5' 2" woman just shred it! Amazing.

Jinjer is from the occupied regions in eastern Ukraine. And Wacken is btw one of the biggest metal festivals in the world & was a pretty big step within their career. No worries about Jinjer videos being taken down / copyright striked btw. The Pisces live session going viral was pretty much what put them out there so they're very well aware of YT reactions being basically free marketing.

Yep, as others have said Napalm Records encourage reactions so no copyright issues. I got to see Jinjer live a couple of years ago at Newcastle Uni - one of the best live bands I've seen and I'm a really old fart who's been round the block a few times and seen 100's of live gigs! So many awesome songs to check out but 'Pit of consciousness - live in Kiev' is a doozy. Home back is another great vid (not live) and very relevant given the current Russian crisis. The band relocated from their home town of Donetsk to Kiev in 2014 when miltary conflict with Russia started. Also if you're looking for other similar artists, though nobody is quite like JInjer, try Vexxed - Hideous for some UK home grown talent.

Elena Siegman was the singer for many of the Call Of Duty Zombies easter egg songs! If you ever wanna dive into those, she did many many more songs for CoD. Jinjer was supposed to go to Bloodstock this year but got caught in the Ukraine due to Covid reasons if I remember correctly... Might be wrong. Hate that you missed seeing them live if so. They came to the US (like 10 mins from my house) and I got to see them a few months ago... She sounds just as amazing live. The band is so absolutely talented as well.
