I have been a Jinjer fan for about 5years now, I am always impressed with the depth of their music, never disappoints.

The reason the Live Session of Pisces is recommended as the entry point for Jinjer is because of most peoples reaction to Tatiana's vocal change to false chord screaming, since they don't excpect it. They write their music knowing they are a touring band, and want to perform everything live out of respect for their fans. Having seen them live a number of times, they have only gotten even better. Their studio work is also top notch, it's definitely worth comparing them :)

I agree there are pros and cons for both studio & live versions. Don't hesitate to check out the music video for this song for instance, maybe not a reaction but at least for yourself, it is great.
