GOSH, I LOVED her since the beginning. Every time one of the girls on RuPaul's Drag Race *cough* Roxxxy *cough* came for her, I was LIVID. She was doing her own thang and these petty pageant girls just felt insecure and threatened because she's the WHOLE PACKAGE. She can dance, sing, act, be weird, be glamorous, be cute, be sexy, EVERYTHING. She's so, so pure and I was THRILLED at the outcome of the Monsoon Season!

When he confided in Jinkx about his illness and Jinkx accommodated his disability, it truly showed character and humbleness on her part. To everyone saying that Jinkx could have at least learnt the lyrics, in the show I'm pretty sure they get a shortened version of the song they have to lip sync to. Hence why they're a little rusty at the parts that weren't in the version that we saw on TV, it wasn't necessary to learn.

I think it’s a case of her not performing this song so much. I’m sure they get the whole song - look at some of the jump cuts where queens teleport across the stage. Biggest examples being Bianca Del Rio lip syncing “least I can say” and they’ve skipped the track forward to “I’m on my way”. In the same series, look at Dela’s gloves during her “Point of No Return” lip sync.

My heart sank when Jinkx had to lip synch against Detox. On the other hand, if she hadn't, we wouldn't have had the great fortune of seeing one of the best lip synchs ever on the show--so inventive, raucous, and funny and fully attuned to the rhythmic changes in the music. Love it! It was a different feeling cause Jerick is out of drag but, for me, Jinkx's persona is there, he's in Jinkx mode whitout the make up. I think it must not be easy to perform like that, there's a lot going on when a performer puts the make up, kind of like a mask to cover the real self and let the other part out. I could say it destroys my fantasy seeing Jerick behave like Jinkx without really looking like her, but it doesn't. He is so special I love him as Jerick and also as Jinkx
