Imam Ash-Shafi’i said in one of his lectures that: “Whoever is of sound character and claims to have seen the jinn, his testimony is no longer valid, because ALLAH says: ‘Verily, he(satan) and his qabeeluhu (his soldiers from the jinn or his tribe) see you from where you cannot see them’ [7:27]. Only The Prophets of ALLAH can see them by the permission of ALLAH.

They may also appear in human form, as the Shaytaan came to Quraysh in the form of Suraaqah ibn Maalik ibn Ja‘sham, when they wanted to go out to Badr. Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning): “And (remember) when Shaitan (Satan) made their (evil) deeds seem fair to them and said, ‘No one of mankind can overcome you this Day (of the battle of Badr) and verily, I am your neighbour (for each and every help).’ But when the two forces came in sight of each other, he ran away and said ‘Verily, I have nothing to do with you. Verily! I see what you see not. Verily! I fear Allah for Allah is Severe in punishment’” [al-Anfaal 8:48].

I put Ayatul Kursi on this homeless man that got so angry to the point that he wanted to fight me. I put the Ayatul Kursi even higher volume, and he fell to the ground and screaming. People think it’s mental illness, but Ya Allah.. It’s all Jinn. I was amazed that I witness this myself and kept playing Surah and the homeless man was trying his best to harm me but I was untouchable. SubahanAllah! 😫❤️ There are a lot of Jinns in people that they even feel uncomfortable speaking with you because you have Allah in your heart. It burns them literally.

There is clearly a spiritual war going on for our souls. It's interesting that this young man was spiritually in tuned enough to know that it was his jinn speaking to him. Many would have owned the voice or the thought as their own and just walked away. He spoke on it and in a way it was a sign that internally he needs and wants help. Our duahs are that help. I see that he has incredible potential as a believer (to bring others like him to Islam) and this is why Shaytan is keeping a tight grip on him. This gave me anxiety! Ugh! I know what it’s like to always be fighting that voice inside your head! I have OCD ( Intrusive thoughts anxiety disorder ) , Autism and chronic illness , which can be a huge barrier between me and Salah because even I be in Salah but my mind be always wondering on different topics, then switching back into Salah and Allah SWT and leaving again…. I’m not possessed by a Jinn or anything because the Quran makes me feel so good!! And I can still feel the emotion connected to it! Alhamdullilah am so grateful to Allah SWT for not letting me go! So am doing something right! But yeah the not being able to stop the conversation in my mind! Astagfurillah May Allah SWT guide him back to the correct path with ease and help all Muslims in this situation. 😢

This man needed this to be done privately...I think the sinner is faced with shame and guilt. When we keep hearing that we are so damaged or we are wrong. When we are being corrected so much without reason..we retaliate. He willingly chose jinn as his companion. At least the Jin won't shame him...at least the jinn will let him survive with the burden of Sinn. The only thing he needs to realize is we don't need to live with out past mistakes...we need to forgive ourself before we seek forgiveness from Allah too. We need to apologize to the folks we unknowingly have hurt. This man has been struggling silently for so long that he's not even going to lie anymore. He will tell you the problem and be bound to it.
