well...to answer Jin's question, my answer is -it depends like what Arwind said, if u're not actually serious towards the person that u currently seeing then yes...because its like u wan to see other options before just setting eyes on one particular person. it will have a different meaning if u are already serious with a person but then still seeing someone else...its seems like u're not being faithful to tat person(cheating), unless u both put on the table that u both wanted an open relationship. tats another story. ^ that's my answer also i would like tell Jin i love this episode!!

On A's ques on the getting to know phase with more than 1 person, as long as it is communicated and defined and accepted by both parties. The formula, no matter what content, is decided by partner A and partner B, not what outsider's dictate (can be guided by others, but final decision rests on both in the internal pair). No matter how the relationship is defined - seeing, dating, getting to know, etc. Of course this changes when it's exclusive (unless both agree to an open relationship)

I feel that if it's not agreed between two people to be in an exclusive relationship, then it's ok to go out with other people, provided that they know you currently see them as just a friend. It's important to make sure they know your intentions so you don't accidentally hurt their feelings.

Great discussion and great channel. What if you have a female friend who flirts back to your charms, seems to like you too, and gives all the signs of being single. Then randomly one day texts you saying she got engaged and hope you can come to the wedding... when she NEVER told you she wasn't single at all... and none of your mutual friends (female) knew she wasn't single either?

For me as a girl who never dated anyone before, I personally like to get to know people first then settle down with one. That's how you get to know your partner or opposite sex better. But this can be quite obvious tho, especially if you still studying and you hang out all that get to know, make friends. But it might be different if you're at work...idk about that. ✌️

I think it’s okay when the guy or girl is seeing more than one person because if the guy or girl would want to choose a partner for life or be in relationship with the other half it’s better to choose being out with which person have the better feelings than having a bad relationship afterward then go to a new one.

well i found this interesting on how people older than me think about this kind of topic . 14:16 , I truely believed that boys and girls can be best friend , keep talking to each other casually even though they are not classmate or whatsoever , maybe also from different school too . Not everyone has the intention to seek for relationship with other people , some people just wanna have a friend to talk with . It's ok to know more than one people at one time because I just wanna more about them , not the purpose to find a partner to be in a relationship with , because at the end of the day we are still friends and we like to know more about each other :) Maybe I was graduated in a boy school so I have this kind of perception towards it .

For a relationship to work it must have a balance with 3 elements of physical attraction, friendship and commitment. Boy-girl best friends would have friendship but not necessarily physical attraction. No commitment to be exclusive. It's good not to keep an opposite gender best friend when there is a bf/gf in the picture.

Actually, my friends and I discussed about the question Arwind asked, before I watch this episode la. HAHAHA.. Somehow we all agreed that, one person can have a good feeling (or interested) with more than one person. It's the same thing that, when you are dating a guy/girl and in the same time you can still adore/like an artist. That is the same feeling. That is why, the quote always said that "No one in this world is irreplaceable" maybe except our family la. It's just all about your personality and attitude towards the person you are committed with. I understand Josephine think that, it is not fair or even irresponsible to that person you like at first but sometimes you cannot control your own feeling bah that hahahaha.. Depends on you want to listen to your heart or your brain. Heart said, go with your feeling while the brain said, please be responsible thanks! As Arwind said that is before dating, I mean we are all friends before we date right? Honestly, I think it is fine to go out and see multiple person at once as I considered it as "hang out" rather than date. A date, in my definition is just going out with a person that both of us have mutually agree to get to know each other. I'd rather say, it is better to hang out with other people, knowing very well of yourself that you're not catching feelings and just really want to be friends with the person. Anyway I think a guy and a girl can be best friend provided that everyone is very clear of their feelings and boundaries. If my actions were misleading, I would be straight up front draw the boundaries but just continue to be friends. At some point, we would always question our opposite sex friend about feelings and relationships so it should always be clear in both sides in order for the friendship to grow. Boundaries on physical touching should be limited to a certain extent as you do not want your partner to be confused.

Yes, guys and girls can be best friends. From my personal experience, all my closest friends are guys and so is my best friend. I know him for 5 and a half years and been best friends for 4 years and we never once have the thought of dating each other. We are close to the point people think that we are dating and they asked if we are a couple but both of us will always give the same reply which is stare at each other with that *eww* expression and laugh it off saying we are only friends and we are like siblings to one and other. idk la but I always share food and hug my close friends, sometimes I'll let them lay their head on my lap or shoulder I met their parents before even stayed over at one of their house, and saying I Love You to each other is a normal thing for us like we say it every time we end a phone call/ group voice call ( there're 5 people in the group 4 guys and I'm the only girl) that also explains a lot la probably cause I'm not attractive enough for them, they are pretty good looking but I don't see them in that way. We also sometimes share pictures of people we find attractive like if they see a cute guy they'll share his picture to me and if i see a cute girl I'll do the same la. As for if it's okay to see more than one person at a time, I would say I'm in between. It also depends, i wouldn't mind if he tells me before hand like say he's trying out to see how is more compatible with him and if he chose another girl, tell me first la before you confess so I can be prepared at least i won't get my heart broken too badly and of course I'll still stay friends with him.

Is it OK to seeing multiple person in one time? My opinion is it depends. Some people who r professional enough has no problem to do it. But majorly, these kind of people who seeing multiple person in one time is not a good person, especially boys around 15-21, or maybe more. (Well since i'm still in 20s, I still can't see beyond) Having the opposite partner as a best friend is not a problem. Even me, I had a few of them. Probably cuz i'm picky about friends, so I don't want those kind of people who will burden me became my friends.

With regards to Arwin & Josephine's questions, I partially agree with her principle (POV). However, don't need to spelled out clearly to the guys (options) you have. As long as you have not made "In a Relationship" confirmation, and jz let them know you are "evaluating your feelings" with more personal interaction. You are free to hang out 1-on-1 at the same time (meaning Monday- *Guy A* , Tue- *Guy B* , etc..) but please la, not more than 2 guys. Just be tactful the way you word it and how you carry yourself. Because some guys can become salty after he becomes the "LOSER". It only becomes a " *CRIME* " if you refuse to decide who to choose after a month or 2 of heart-soul searching, and you tried to hog onto both of them. I had a situation where a female friend flirted back with me, liked me flirting, flirted with me (initiated on her part), and gave signs of liking me, who then told me suddenly by text she just got engaged, hope I can come to her wedding. She never mentioned she wasn't single at any point (when apparently this had been the case for "years"), and mutual friends (who are women) thought she was single as well. I cannot believe the lack of shame on her part, or how she doesn't think that's plain crazy. Some way to treat a friend. It certainly made me feel pretty damn hurt. Some friend indeed.
