I love how you still showing the imperfection of this video taking process like the spilled powder and the spilled cream. It's kinda comforts and relieves me from the pressure of being a perfect aesthetic expert because it doesn't have to be 100% perfect to make an aesthetic calming content. What you have to do is just do it until done. Like a quote which says "it doesn't have to be perfect, it has to be done"๐
I made this recipe yesterday and LET ME TELL YOU!!!! THIS WERE THE BEST COOKIES I'VE EVER MADE!!! Hands down my favorite recipe. I did changed some of the flavors, I made one with coconut, toffee and macadamias and then Reese's peanut butter cup with choco chunks and wow wow wow! Thank you so much.

Amazing! May I know the diameter of your cookies?
@preciousvillamor2903 ะัะป ะฑาฑััะฝ
I tried this recipe, used a weighing scale, followed the baking time and oven temp but my cookies spread flat. I dunno what's wrong ๐ข

Try to freeze the dough before baking instead of refrigerating it.
Love the versatile recipe. This baker must love walnuts or those are normal in cookies from their country. Iโm American, and we really donโt put nuts in cookies๐คท๐ฝโโ Just the chocolate chips or sweet mix-ins for the most part.
Why do these look better then what we actually get here

Because most of the "cookies" in stores isn't handmade with love anymore but just by machines in factories :( If you have a local bakery or something you can still get some amazing stuff made with love :D

Id love to see you make a oatmeal cookie! I used to hate those when I was a kid, but I've started liking the taste of raisins and the crunch of oatmeal
@enaszaq3051 ะัะป ะฑาฑััะฝ
tbh I loved those since I was a kid but I still hate the raisins in oatmeal cookies เฎเฏฐเฎ
I've never seen matcha cookies available in the US outside of Hmart, and most of our sweets aren't chock full of a variety of nuts, but these do look delicious! Actually, I don't think a single option at Great American Cookie has more that two toppings. Basic chocolate chip is unbeatable but variety is fun.
Thanks for writing the recipes in English๐ญโค๏ธ

Did you make this? I don't get the egg part :( It says 40g egg then yolk 1ea but in the video there's 3 yolk and separate egs

Made a batch of these today and they turned out soooo good!! Not overly sweet like the american recipes (the irony ๐) and have the right amount of chewiness. Although I portioned them 100g each and the cookies spread out as big as my face lol

@@lennywu2399 Hi! Based on this recipe, I only manage to bake 4 cookies (big cookie) and 2 cookie (small size), and yes I add a pinch of salt for the chocolate dough, may it helps you
so appetizing :) not sure you will notice this, but can you do double tree hotel welcome cookie, it is so crunchy and chunky and so so good, most of cookie recipes are for crispy outer chewy centre
I swear like a cookie angel from heaven, the details in your videos are perfect for me as a beginner and tge recepies are worth dying for,thank you ๐ฅฒโค๏ธ๐โค๏ธ๐
For English speakers/readers! In the description, the recipe will yield 6 cookies and all the units are in grams, if you want to make as many cookies as pictured in the video, you will have to triple all the contents.
