To all those pointing out about the video being " sponsored " Many of us were definitely not aware about such facility being there especially from a dealer like Maijo motors. Going by the video, their reception, their attitude, relationship with the customer was really impressive. In this case it's obviously Roshan and when you go its you. Pretty sure that you'd be treated exactly like how he was. There was nothing extraordinary in this. But the beautiful facility, the service staffs being courteous and polite plays a very important factor, all just adds to the 'feel good' factor about the dealership, which makes you want to take your Maruti there for service. My Car was having starting problem at cold condition and the service engineer of MAIJO tested all the wires and everything. They said the problem is with throttle sensor and charged me around 4K. However, the problem continues and found that the problem is with the fuse box only and solved it by applying WD40 outside MAIJO (Local vendor). This is purely from my personal experience and had so many issues with my Wagon - R also. Since, the 5 yrs warranty is there, we are continuing with them, else will never get into their place. I do know they have some issues with the service by so many customers. Please dont go by someones experience (including mine) and take the judgement purely by your experience. I didnt get any thing like this service and can say it is purely based on the paid service.
