Jira clean up tips

Think of your Jira like a bonsai tree. It needs sun, water and also to be groomed from time to time. Jira needs to be cleaned from old custom fields, schemes, people that are not longer in the company, projects where the issue hasn't been updated for a year (at least archive it).
