Jira Service Management - Products and Entitlement

At first it seems like a confusing feature, but it is a useful one. If you had issues like I do to add Entitlement field to the request type, I believe that Atlassian should be aware of this.

Works for me today and I think I did the same steps as you. Maybe in April, it was not working properly yet. New features often don't work great in Jira. Maybe it will work for you now?
