These are my brothers at ECI. Spent 4 years there. Glad to see the love has not left. The love of God in that place is immeasurable. Spent many times in the Chapel. Felt when the Holy Spirit covered us during a worship weekend. Though this is a prison, in these moments our spirits were free.

As I watched and listened something that struck me was the chattering that was going on as the leader was trying to sing the solo. But rather than quiet down it sang it to the point where he reached the chorus and the chattering ceased and turned to worship. In life, situations and circumstances will want to drown or praise but in time, our worship will come through. Father I commend these men into your hands, be their advocate, defend their portion; give them a genuine testimony in their situation. 🙏

Chills n a tear. This song has superspecial meaning for me. ❤ testimony: a few weeks ago my 14 year old Calico kitty got deathly sick had an infection and needed emergency surgery. I called 10 vets/animal hospitals but there were no openings, not accepting new patients and I got a message from a vet that emergency surgery starts at 3000$. I was heartbroken. My poor cat was stiff, dying n hiding behind the couch. Could barely move. Then I called a place a few towns away n the manager heard the desperation in my voice to save my angel's life. So she said she could do the risky surgery for under 100$ the next day. I brought my kitty in and sang n prayed for her in the car. She lived thru surgery it was 63$ out the door..and on our ride home we heard JIREH on radio and it was our celebration song! When he sings "I don't wanna 4get how I feel right now on the mountaintop" my heart overflowed. My cat is now stronger n healthier now than way before surgery! Alive and well!!! Praise God! ❣

For a couple years, I used to lead weekly praise and worship services at the Salvation Army ARC (Adult Rehabilitation Center) in Honolulu, HI. We're talking 60 - 80 men who were hardened criminals, drug dealers, gangsters, etc... Turning their lives around. To this day, there is nothing more powerful than seeing those men praise God with hands lifted, on their knees, tears running down their faces. There's something so powerful when MEN come together to worship God! Hallelujah!
