I feel you, my brother. It's hard with the time we live in now. It's not an excuse, but it's true. The more technology we have, the more ways the devil has a way to drag us down. I don't know how often you are falling but try stopping for 3 days, than 7, than 10. Or whatever works best for you. Whenever you get the urge, put your phone or if you are using your computer, in the other room and go on a walk. If you are having lust full thoughts try reciting the Jesus prayer, "Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner." Replace the thoughtswith thee praye. Repeatt it until you have gotten past it. Many of us struggle with temptation and even when we know its wrong we let the flesh overwelm the spirit. God bless you 🙏

To anybody who is seeing this video right now and has the feeling it‘s the perfect timing for them: 4 years ago i was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, was struggling with addiction, was extremely obese and far away from god. Today i‘m blessed with a great career, a warm home and a beautiful wife who could any minute now give birth to my first son. My mental and physical health is better than ever, just like my relationship to god. i am currently in foster care. It’s my first time ever being in foster care and i’m 15 so it’s harder to find homes for me. i just left my emergency placement who treated me so nicely like i was her own and i am now with a not as nice family. He is real and he loves you. During the height of Covid and lockdowns, I was incredibly depressed. I was suffering from homosexual thoughts and was constantly thinking of harming and k!lling myself as I thought that I was good for nothing, worthless, etc. All of that changed when He told me that He’s so good that I don’t have to be enough. When “you are enough” wasn’t enough for me, he showed me that he doesn’t call the qualified, he qualifies the called, and he’ll make up for any of my shortcomings. There’ve been many times when He’s reminded me that I’m loved and needed, and I can truly say that I’ve felt the Lord’s presence, and let me tell you, it is the most comforting thing on this earth. I don’t know what you’re going through. I don’t know what you’ve done in the past or what you’re healing from. But what I do know is that God can heal even the most broken. He freed me from homosexuality, extreme anger, and severe depression. He can do miracles no other can. Learn to lean on your father and he’ll carry you home. There’s this saying that whenever you can’t see God’s footsteps in the sand next to yours it’s actually because he’s carrying you (the only footprints you’re seeing are His). Remember that God will never give you more than you can handle, and with faith as small as a mustard seed you can move mountains. God loves you, and so does every one else in this comment section ❤❤❤ (sorry for rambling haha, just had a lot I wanted to say)

I overall agree with the message except for the point at 3:42 . We are actually warned in the Orthodox Church against this rhetoric, not warned against facing demons but warned that if we try and fight our demons everyday head on, we will surely fail. We are told to fight for Christ with our back to the demons fighting to grow nearer to him rather than turning our back from him and trying to fight with the constant onslaught of countless demons. We are told to be like children, when a child sees a ferocious dog going to attack them, they run behind their father and ask for help, similarly we should run to our Heavenly Father for help when we are tempted by the worldly passions. I do agree with your message in the sense that we, as Christians, do have to overcome our fears and demons, but to think we can or should do this alone is a mistake. That is where I’d recommend you start researching how to step into your full authority as a Christian. I would recommend looking into spiritual warfare. There are some good followers of Christ who have converted from witches and warlocks who teach that Christians are often ill-equipped when it comes to this area Don’t just play on the defensive, you need to be offensive to. And funny enough being on the offensive is still calling on the name of Jesus in a way. It’s all very similar. The only distinction I would say, and what this gentleman is saying and really resonates with me is challenging our comfort zones and stepping forward in faith in areas we might not be comfortable with. The only way we can grow. Theology if you give it to much power can enable you to be okay with staying comfortable. Something I’m starting to work on as well.

I’ve been struggling with weed addiction for a while now, and I recently started to believe. Late at night I had this vision that god wanted me to throw my weed from my balcony and so I did. Something I couldn’t do on my own god motivated me to. When it was done I prayed and asked god to give me a sign to prove to me that I was on the right path and that listening to him and following him was a step forward. I asked him to put one of the lanterns outside my house out. And an hour later when I looked outside he had done so, and one lantern was extinguished. God is love.

Under a bridge I was frightened but I walked straight through Pitch black No noise at all It was scary but when I walked out my head looked directly up and I saw a shooting star God led me there to build my trust in him.
