I’m day 4 with no power due to this hurricane in South Carolina. I have issues sleeping due to no fan - forgot I got this thing. I kept it on low setting for over 9 hours while I slept like a baby . Definitely came in handy

The main power toggle switch is useful in 2 ways. Firstly, when I keep the fan in my backpack, it will reduce the risk of it switching on by itself accidentally. Secondly, it's a quick way to switch off the fan without need to cycle the speed all the way to the fastest. I usually use the fan on speed 1 and 2 only as I find the faster fan speeds to be too loud. So when I want to switch if off from speed 2, I just toggle the power off at the side instead of cycling it through speeds 4, 5 to reach the switched off state. Great review by the way.

You can immediately turn off the fan by pressing the power button for 2 to three seconds. No need to cycle to different speeds to turn off your fan.

The switch on the side is lock, so that you can put the fan in your bag without thinking that it will click accidentally
