Received a defective one. Jisulife doesnt respond though. Tried communicating thru various platforms. Very frustrating.

Remove the backside with a knive and then clean the fan with a brush

I have always found them gimmicky to be honest. Never saw a need for them. But I guess it;s not for everyone.
