Sawasdee ka from Jitlada. On this episode, Jazz, Sarintip Singsanong, tells us about the history of Southern Thai food and the longevity and legacy of her restaurant. Many blogs claim that Southern Thai food is spicy - and I'm here to tell you they weren't kidding. Luckily, Thai ice tea is always there to save the day. I have great respect for Jazz and her care for food and people. I think the greatest take away from this is her mantra, "I love to cook and I cook with love" - something we can all apply to what we do in life.

That green curry looks so good! I went to Jitlada for the first time last week and loved it! I got the red curry with crispy pork. Yum! Loved the video and now I can order more things next time :)
