Is the seeker 4 has the same olight issue like the warrior 3s ? Under 80% battery level you can't use turbo mode.

So quick question!!? I can run mine till it dies plug it up to charge and after 15 mins the battery indicator turns green when it’s clearly not charged! Any of you guys experienced this?
