They do look alike but when you see them IRL (I mean in interviews, not in character), they are really quite different. Not the same voice, not the same mannerisms at all. Tom is a lot more soft spoken and I'd say, more introverted too, although he's a natural entertainer. JJ seems like an extrovert, he speaks louder, laughs a lot and is very energetic and easygoing. Both are amazing actors and seem to be clever, authentic and extremely likeable, though. And JJ, when he plays a character like John André who is calm and sophisticated and soft-spoken, is suddenly a lot more reminiscent of Tom.
