Chris Martin wrote this song when his then wife's father died. It's one of my all time favorite songs. I definitely prefer the Coldplay version, but I am sooooo blessed by this, because my wife doesn't like my sad music - unless JJ sings it! Then she gets it! Now she understands how beautiful and moving it is. Thank you JJ for bridging this gap for me 😅❤
