The first time i heard this song i was in San Antonio in the hospital.I had had a kidney transplant three weeks earlier and i started having problems with it.I was there in my room alone 2 days till Christmas crying listening to this song.Everybody was praying for me back home and thank God my kidney function went back up.Thank you Jesus.Its almost going to be a year now and im doing good.Awesome song. Taught by the Holy Spirit, they love God supremely, and their neighbor as themselves." {MYP 435.1} - EGW True love is a choice made constantly over time. It is something you can choose to give regardless of the consequences, not just something you receive from another human being. It can be difficult to explain, which is probably why so many people don't really know what love is or that it's even possible to have it. Hmm, I suppose love can be summarized as the opposite of selfishness. Which brings me to the verse that Pierre tried to send. ;) 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 (NKJV) "Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails..." One who acts out of selfishness cannot be all these things. This is not to say that one can't be loving and still have moments of selfishness. Those are the times when we are to love them inspite of themselves, just as God loves us inspite of our flaws. I could ramble on, but I don't want to wear out the readers. :P

Linnet, Ive been broken and I know this is harsh but I didn't want to love God anymore.
