Believe it or not God wants love like everyone else. But his nature his pure and anything that isnt pure cannot be in his presence. And since we ourselves gave up our pureness God in his love paid the price that we owe in order to be able to be pure through the blood of Christ. And with God there is no double jeopardy because Jesus paid the price we dont have to pay it but the thing is you have to accept that he paid the price otherwise you have to pay it on your own. Thats what get you sent to hell its your own choice.

I found Jesus when I heard this song. My friend Rielly Mikrut told me about Jesus. I was lost in life and ran with the devil. I was addicted to amphetamines and opiates. While listening to this song I cried and asked Jesus to save me from myself and in that moment I felt God's presence come over me and I flushed the drugs down the toilet. Jesus saved my life and gave me a new life and future in him. Feb 11 2014 I prayed for salvation and he radically changed my life forever

I love this song! I am 16 I related to the second story with my ex boyfriend. &right after he left me, I found out I was pregnant. &I felt so completely alone and was deathly afraid of telling my family&friends. Especially the ones from my church. But as soon as I told everyone, I was immediately surrounded but love and support. It restored my faith in God & in people. &now I have a beautiful daughter who will grow up in the church surrounded by love & I honestly have never been happier. :)

The first part of this song was EXACTLY how I felt growing up in foster care, the last verse is what God spoke into my heart and got me through. I felt extremle loney one day as i drove. I fell unwanted and unloved. I turned to your song for inspiration. Then my iphone cut out and this slideshow appeared on my phone.. it was the pictures from my last visit home before my mom died. This song always brings me to tears. I relate to the first verse a lot and I'll never forget the first time I ever heard it. I was dealing with the issues at home and it was about 5 am. I went into the car in my pjs and everything just to get away from my parents and I was feeling so incredibly lost and I remember turning on the radio to this song. I started crying my eyes out and I never heard the song again until a long long while later when I opened up to a friend about what happened and she just so happened to know exactly which song it was and who sang it. In bible we read that there`s really no such thing as "one true love" . Therefore why do we mate? - to multiply the earth. Is mating something we all must do? - NO. Only enough that mankind won`t die out. Why each and everyone had given reproductive tools then? - We all have temporary lives here, everyone can die at every moment. We can`t mate with blood shares (family members) otherwise we will create THE INBREEDS. (Inbriiding (Inbreeding) Child + adult = wrong choice also. For we were created conscious beings (beings who know and understand right and wrong). Therefore supporting child + adult mating = are we insane? (mentally sick). There is time given to be a child (up to 20 years) and time to be an adult (20 - 120 years). We are humans - created by GOD in His image. Now what that means? - being created in 3 parts (SPIRIT + SOUL + BODY = LIVING SOUL /ALIVE HUMAN). In short: We are conscious beings clothed into carnal but finally changed into fully spiritual, that means= all 3 parts are spiritual. the body also. For it is carnal now but spiritual later and that forever. Therefore what matters about human lives: the way we live it and our characters. That`s the way i see it. We dont know all of that because we don`t read the one book that is filled with that spiritual knowledge = THE BIBLE (1611 KJV).

I remember when this song came out, it couldn't have come at a more perfect time. It's a long back story to it, but when I first heard it, I was already about as low as it could possibly have gotten in my life, unemployed, homeless, and my relationship had just ended. Furious w/ God for a few years over personal matters. The weight of everything bearing down was too much for me to handle, but when this song played, I shattered and cried out for help.... I felt the weight lift, then happiness and peace filled me. Since then, my faith was not only renewed, but made so much more stronger. Now I do my best to give what I can to him and in return, I wait patiently for many things, to include a future working in my career field and to start over again w/ someone, amongst other things. God bless all, stay strong through the ups and downs and when things seem the hardest, remember who carries you through it :)

I am here today because of Prayer warriors in my life.. two or more people in agreeance of the same thing put into prayer that has kept me safe while in the darkest places I felt nobody could see hear or find me in.. God bless you and I'll always be a prayer warrior of yours from this day forward.. I too have had problems with this horrible drug affecting me.. I lost my baby brother due to this drug.. a few weeks ago we buried him over an over dose to heroin and fentynal.. always in my prayers

I go through this everyday :D I went to a church that bullied , hit and abused and I pray everday to find a church so I can go to college to be a minister! And the more I try I am pushed by my family ,they dont believe that I am not making a proper choice but I so am! I go through praying everyday and I know I am worth every breath Jesus took when He died! And I know that everyday I am going to make Him Know he was worth it. I was recently introduced to this song and upon following the lyrics I remember thinking, "Wow, that was really amazing and touching." I am certain nearly all of us, at one time or another, have experienced moments when we've sat down and honestly wondered, "Does anyone truly love me?" Or, perhaps you've thought, "If only this or that was different in my life, than people would truly love me." I believe that is why it is so important for all of us to seek out good wherever we can find it, and especially in the eyes, faces, hopes and dreams of all our fellow residents of this planet. I cry every time I hear this song. We are all broken and in need of unconditional Love. It's what we all need. More importantly all of us can be channels of that love. Let's stop and step back from our busy lives and look around to our families, friends and strangers and let them know that we love them for who they are and not for they have done or will become. I had the privilege and honor to see JJ and David in concert here in Tulsa, Ok on 4/6/16 and this song was what they opened with. The show was truly a blessing and the opportunity to meet JJ after the show was an honor. JJ and David are truly gifts to the body of Christ, but even more to this lost and dying world. For they can reach the lost with the lyrics that everyone can relate to. Let's go forth and begin to show unconditional love to all whom we meet and make a difference in this life and the next.

My 22 year old son was sentenced to life… so the 3rd verse hit homes. He is 35 now. He has a close relationship to JESUS. He is in the faith dorm. If going to prison is what it took for my son to know how much GOD loves him… I am so thankful. GOD is so faithful! Romans 8:28

This song is helping me on my journey to have rediscovered God in my heart and life. I wen thorough something that made me feel as though I couldn’t have a relationship with God anymore, but I realize that after 4 years of feeling unworthy, unloveable, and undeserving, that I am none of those things to God. God loves me and my relationship has become more meaningful to me after the hardship. I realized that God was still there for me all along. All it took for me to remember that was one simple call of prayer to God and express how tired I was for not being the person God has always wanted me to be. when I had first heard this a few years ago I was going through a really hard time. I didn't have any good friends, was having some horrible family issues (which had included being taken away from my mom because of abuse). I felt so alone, hopeless, and unwanted. I heard this song and I cried so hard knowing that the almighty God is there for me and loves me just the way I am!! Now I have many wonderful and godly friends, I have some family that love me no matter what, and I have an amazing, God fearing boyfriend who has been more than I could ever wish for. JJ Heller: This song is my cry to God. I came across this song a while back, in my search for what it feels like to be loved by another, trying to understand what love really means. I have never known love, my whole life I have never been shown love. My family never had time for me. I had and still have no friends. My first wife who I thought loved me stepped outside the marriage 6 months into the marriage. My second wife turned out to be a Narcissist. Very evil! I am 52 years old and have never known love, outside of what I give to others. I would give about anything to know what it's like to be loved for me, to know what love feels like, what love really means. What does it feel like to be loved by someone? Loved the way God loves?

My dad left my mom when i was four and my little sister was two months. I grew up with low self esteeme because i used to be really fat and everyone used to tell me "stop eating" "you are too fat" and i didn't had friends beause i was scared of talking to new people, neither i have them now because of the same reason. I was anorexic for one year when i was 13 and i fought with it alone, until i finally left it at 14. Nobody knew it. I have depression since four years ago -I'm sixteen- and this song gave me strength to tell my mom how i felt and what i was going through because i had suicide thoughts and it was scaring me, i didn't want to leave her or my sister, i know i need help. I'm beginning with theraphy tomorrow.

I know how you feel. My dad left me, my mom, and my older brother when I was very young. I don't have many memories of him. I get to see him twice a year. My mom moved me and my bro to North Carolina (we used to live in Illinois).I now have a stepdad who doesn't treat me with respect, and if I tell my mom how I feel about him, I'll get in SO much trouble. I blamed my stepdad for pretty much everything. I talked to God all the time about it, and I felt SO much better. I will always trust God and go to Him for everything. God will help you. I'm so sorry about what happened or what is happening. I wish I could help you more. But God can. Trust him, and everything will be amazing!!
