In England they build onto small pieces of land you dont need large areas to build you dont need large kitchen large bathroom as you not living in thoes spaces so they only need to be small places could be built like this for the community or in a village

We had the wonderful opportunity of staying at the Decade March 17-31. It was a pleasant stay indeed. For someone like me with an eye for detail and comfort I highly recommend The Decade on your next stay. It is ultra modern, eclectically decorated, in a safe and quiet area. It is strategically central to all the spots in Accra with Uber/ taxis readily available accessible . The staff are polite and readily available to do anything to make your stay even more comfortable. Shout out to Khadija for all her assistance with our stay at the Decade.
