Yes, you can use his GHA at any act and you'll automatically end up at act 4, even if the attack whiffs completely. Usually Johnny players stay in act 2 until they get 3 meter then do a [4]6H PC GHA to get to act 4.

Gyro Zeppeli you can use your hha to level up from act 1 to act 2 and so forth. Or if you wanna skip all that process,you can use gha and it will switch you to act 4 regardless of what act you are currently at. the other question I cannot answer
