for shooting star, you need to charge (you have to hold down for like 2 or 3 seconds) 2 and then 8C.

Some are hard to pull off in real games, but with enough time and practice you can do it most of the time. It's a good payoff, as these combos mostly take over 50% of the opponent's health.

yes like high level of this game is neutral and then someone gets and oppening and does a tandem of +50% of the opponents life , then the opponent does the same to you and then everybody jus try wacky stuff to get another combo

yes, it is possible if you put the training and effort into it, i think the only hard part about it is getting the tandem follow-up consistently, i find it hard to do the tandem follow-up most the time.

They aren't impossibly hard, but they aren't easy either. Most of them vary from character to character
