대구 서문시장에도 호떡많이 파는곳이 젊은 청년이 하는 집인데. 호떡은 할머니가 만든다는 생각은 버려야 ㅎㅎ. 호떡기술 배우면 왠만한 직장 다니는거 보다 훨씬 많이벌던데. 붕어빵보단 호떡이 더 군침이 돌죠^^.

Not entirely accurate in saying it's the only country in this and that. For instance, Indian cuisine has a lot of pure veg and many vegan dishes. Many other countries also have their own fermented food, raw herbs, stuffed fresh leaves, medicinal important plants in everyday food, etc. Even this fried bread here has a close relative in India, as polli, stuffed with jaggery, coconut and sesame seeds. But yes.... Korean cuisine is interesting. The one Korean thing that is new to me is the rice tea, made by pouring hot water in the pot that had rice burnt at the base.
