This is just my opinion but maybe Jinwoo met him during his Dol party in 2021 through [another] video call. But at that time, the cameras only showed MC Do Kyungwan and his kids during a video call that Jooho made. Lee appa would've want to meet Jinwoo even though it was only on video call, since Jooho confided him that he and Anna wanted to have four children.
