I guess I didn't word it right so some people missunderstood,I did that on purpose,he says "Megumi.." as a way of confirming in his head that it is his Megumi,his son,that it is the name he gave him and then after that he confirms to himself that Megumi didn't get sold to the Zenin by thinking "not Zenin...", so it was supposed to be something like "My Megumi didn't become a Zenin" but worded a bit different to show his relief and process of thinking
